Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to every purchase made on melted.si. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

melted.si is operated by melted, Taja Dagarin s.p., Tavčarjeva ulica 22, 4000 Kranj, Slovenia, tax number 98298437, registration number 7563965000 (“melted”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@melted.si.

2. Orders and contract

The products on the website are an invitation to order. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In that case we refund anything you have already paid.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros (EUR). The seller is not a VAT payer (Article 76a of the Slovenian VAT Act, ZDDV-1), so the prices are final and no VAT is added. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Discounts, such as the restock price, are applied automatically in your basket and at checkout when the conditions are met.

4. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not see or store your full card details. The order is dispatched once the payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Slovenia with GLS, either to a parcel locker (Paketomat) or to your door. Delivery prices and the free delivery thresholds are shown on the shipping page and at checkout. We dispatch orders as soon as we can and send you a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way. Delivery time depends on the carrier and is an estimate, not a guarantee. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you named receives the parcel. If a parcel arrives damaged, please tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The details, the exceptions and how to return a product are in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Our products come with the statutory guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery. If a product is defective or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

8. Using our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Please read the product page and the packaging before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, do a patch test first and check the ingredients. Stop using the product and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. The gel cream is not a sunscreen. Information on this website is not medical advice.

9. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, designs, the melted name and the logo belong to melted or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

10. Liability

We are liable as provided by law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life or health. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control, as far as the law allows.

11. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please write to info@melted.si and we will answer as soon as possible, at the latest within 8 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may turn to the Market Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia (Tržni inšpektorat RS) or to the competent court.

12. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The version valid on the date of your order applies to your order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.
